Ballet exercise videos with live piano music. Each lesson is compiled of total 12-18 exercises. Every lesson contain both Le Barre and Au Milieu exercises. A Ballet Lesson is typical one hour of training.
Prerequisites:
The prerequisites I propose is general and of course depends on how many times a week your students practice ballet, their age and what prior knowledge they have.
Beginner: up to about 2 years of prior knowledge
Intermediate: at least 2 years prior knowledge
Advanced: at least 5 years of prior knowledge
Lessons and exercises:
The courses a, b and c are based on each other and should be used in that order.
For example: you start with Beginner Lesson 1a, continue with 1b and finish with 1c, before moving on to Beginner Lesson 2a, 2b and 2c.
Sample Exercises included are "Placement exercise" and "Port de bras"
